Constructed from the highest quality aerospace aluminum for maximum strength, the PW50 series handlebar is a unique design that fits only the famed Yamaha PW50. Complete with bar clamps and brake perch, it will mount perfectly to any PW50, giving some style to one of the most recognizable bikes that has ever been around. The bars are designed to fit small hands with a thickness that is less than 7/8, and will reduce arm fatigue compare to the stock steel bars.

Aluminum bars. Replace the OEM non-adjustable steel handlebar with a 4 post clamp system that allows you to adjust handlebar position and includes a brake mount so you can swap your OEM lever to handlebars.
The bars are designed to fit smaller child's hands with smaller 3/4" diameter bar than normal adult size 7/8" handlebar to reduce the arm fatigue compared to stock handlebars.
Must use smaller diameter grips or OEM grips with handlebars.

Aftermarket Minis Billet Quick Turn Throttle Tube to help your rider not have such a long twist of the throttle so they don't have to try to regrip the handlebar to give it full throttle. Our billet throttle tube is cnc'd from aluminum and is much stronger than the OEM Yamaha plastic throttle tube. We gave it the quickest turn possible while still leaving a groove for the cable to ride in keeping it safe. We also gave the gripping surface a knurled finish keeping your grip from spinning on the throttle tube.
Aftermarket Minis Handlebar Kit is a complete bolt on kit that comes complete with aluminum handlebar, cnc'd rear brake perch with all 4mm head size stainless steel hardware, cnc'd billet handlebar mount with 8mm head size stainless steel hardware. We didn't cut any corners when making or designing this kit. Stock throttle and cables work with both handlebar kit options.
